Roselynn Tien has a PhD in Cell Biology from Christian-Albrechts-University of Kiel, Germany. A passionate, organised and committed global team leader, her career motto is to transform rather than conform while at the same time helping those in her charge become stars. Roselynn has an excellent 23-year track record that spans preclinical and clinical research as well as medical communications. She joined Boehringer Ingelheim Pharma in September 2022 as Team Lead for Lay Language & New Media team that focuses on creating patient-friendly lay language regulatory documents (e.g., brief summary, lay protocol synopsis, informed consent), as well as exploring possible solutions to support delivery of complex medical information in a digital, easier- to- digest format.
