Sofia Polcowñuk has a PhD in Biology from the University of Buenos Aires and is currently a researcher at the University of Glasgow where she discovered her passion for science communication through illustrations. She joined EMWA one year ago and is an active member of the Creative Team. With over 8 years teaching experience in different modalities, Sofia is currently a faculty member at Bard College as part of the Science Communication strand. Sofia is passionate about visual communications and design.
